Badges
Your name badge will be provided at the registration desk at The Museum of World Culture, before the Opening dinner. All participants are requested to wear the name badge throughout the congress. Only badge holders will be admitted to the lectures.Back to top
Banking and Exchange facilities
Opening hours for banks are Monday-Friday 09.30-15.00. All banks are closed during weekends and on public holidays. There are also a number of exchange offices in Gothenburg for instance at Landvetter airport and at the Central station you will find Forex. For more information: http://www.forex.se/Back to top
Business hours & Shopping
Shops are open between 10.00 and 19.00 on weekdays and 10.00 to 17.00 on Saturdays and 12.00-16.00 on Sundays. In the heart of the city you will find shoppingcenters, try out Nordstan, Swedens leading shopping mall, Kompassen or Arkaden.

If you would like to go for a walk, or a short trip with the tram- Järntorget, Linnéstaden, Haga, Vasastaden and the Avenue are good places for shopping.

Climate and Clothing

Insurance
The organizers will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred by participants and/or accompanying persons and will not accept any liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to congress participants, either during or as a result of the congress. Meals
Meals included in the registration fee are: official opening dinner on Sunday at the Museum of World Culture, morning and afternoon coffee and lunch Monday and Tuesday, morning coffee Wednesday. Free activities on Monday evening. Farewell celebration on Tuesday has an additional fee – more information to come.Back to top
